Pinocchio!

Posted in Uncategorized on March 27, 2013 by moon

I found a really OLD copy of Pinocchio (before books were made with acid free paper) – the pages are darkened and some are falling out.  This always makes me want to turn it into some pieces of mixed media art.  So…. first I had to create a Pinocchio linocut series of my own.

Here are the first several:

Back at it!

Well, after stretching my Evel Knievel linocuts on a half of a motorcycle helmet with such great success I decided to do it once again!  This time I used my linocuts from Alice in Wonderland (specifically the Mad Tea Party) on a half of a Top Hat!

This will be available at artEAST Art Center’s annual spring fundraiser, 150 feet of ART!  Where artists donate works of art that are 12″x12″.  At least 150 works of art – a show NOT to be missed!
